Welcome to Sky Stack Systems LLC. We specialize in the creation and release of applications for Mac devices. In this Terms of Use agreement, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Sky Stack Systems LLC. This agreement governs your access to and use of our applications, games, websites, and any other products, services, or content we provide (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By using any of our Services—whether through a mobile device, social network, or other platform—you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Services.

In-App Purchases
Some features of our applications may be unlocked through in-app purchases, which may include premium content, enhanced features, or the removal of advertisements. Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Each subscription plan and its associated features will be clearly described within the Services.
All purchases are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the application (such as the iTunes App Store). Please refer to the applicable store’s terms, conditions, and policies regarding payments and billing.
Subscription Auto-Renewal
- One-Time Purchases: For lifetime subscriptions, the total cost will be charged at the time of purchase.
- Recurring Subscriptions: For weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. These subscriptions will automatically renew for the same duration as the initial term unless canceled in advance.
- To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through the app store or platform where the purchase was made.
Changes to the Terms
Sky Stack Systems LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change will be made solely by us.
